Impeccable Timing

Just when you're getting ahead ! There's THAT unturned rock yourself stumble on. These unturned rocks represent the very essence of life itself, emotions. ALL relationships lead to one thing, what you're feeling at the present moment. Every moment is a feeling, an emotion swayed by our minds & the sum of all relations. Some relationships are easy while others are not. Remember to choose the positive outlook when dealing with relationships. No one has the right to steal your happiness, your peace of mind. YOU have that choice everyday with every thought to choose your state of mind. Our lives are constantly bombarded with negative thoughts, thats normal, thats life, but today I choose to see the positive side of life. So I ask you now, to visualize kicking those rocks out of your path out of your mind big or small whatever keeps you from being present. Visualize them moving out of your way. Connect with those inner sorrows and worries, be present with now let them go. They're rolling, tumbling, falling to the side, a clear moment of solitude being free from restraint being resilient in our negativity and others. Once you have moved them, keep going, keep walking, trust yourself in your own life, try not to look back, try not to look forward, just be be there now. Be present, be grateful for that presence it's the gift within the gift to be content with life, your beautiful life.

Violin

Sometimes in life you have to concentrate on something else other than bad habits, that being said I'm bound & determinded to learn the violin. Just like the good old days of childhood, I can find my imagination once again in the place of music. Let my mind be free in the ecstasy of life the beauty of the universal vibrations echoing from the mind & body just as when I was connected in the imagination of a child's wonderous realities. Peace of good mind lie within our ability to want to learn, to want to grow, to want to let go of apprehensions & embrace elndless tranquil momentary space in time, your own life & mind captured forever in fleeting blissfull split seconds of what you make it to be. Never loose sight of that freedom in being happy & content with graduate for having knowledge in knowing the science behind the meaning of your existence. We can see within every corner of the Earth our place in the delicate balance of life. Why not "do something" with this 'existence' ? Like learning an instrument at 30 ? I share with you a moonbeam a sunset & my daughter at 4 & 5. These captured moments & what I choose to do 'with them' is a reflection my life one that is constantly evolving one that will use this inherated violin from my great grandmother as a new perspective on my everyday continuation.

Time is of an ESSENCE

Time is of an Essence

Man doesn't make history, time does.
A moment, a second.
Time doesn't dwell within us, we are submerged in it.
Like a hole in a rock,
or
the rings of a tree,
or
cracks in a bridge,
as when
the Sun breaks-through the fog,
Time is of an Essence.

The BEST of both worlds

YES!!!!! They came! 1 package sent from the North Pacific to the Concho Valley.  I had mom send it to Cherie's with intent to not share a single jar & Cherie knowing the content thought the same thing, in  secreting the arrival...but you cant hide such a treasure!

Homemade blackberry jam, hand picked from the lushest Oregon forest.

NO other jam will do for this little girl. Really, we've had full on melt downs when we use store bought jams fro pb & j. To runout of this heavenly mixture, causes withdrawals.

Dad's canned salmon. Caught wild, fresh from the ocean.

Canned tuna. Thanks Papa.

Best of both worlds, handmade goat cheese with roasted tomato, milked from a farm here in the Concho Valley. Always a favorite from our local farmer's market.

See those Omega 3 oils glistening? I bet I'm the only girl in this whole valley who can combine such succulents.
